Sala Cappuccina + Locanda delle Rose

What to expect

The hamlet’s two event halls — Sala Cappuccina and Locanda delle Rose — are always offered together, as a single package. Adjacent, complementary, connected: combined they reach 110 m² of configurable space for dinners, ceremonies, conferences and celebrations up to 65 guests.

Sala Cappuccina

Sixty square metres of antique wooden beams, hand-made terracotta floors, artisan lamps and a cast-iron fireplace that actually heats. In winter, with the wood crackling, the yellow light and real warmth create a true country hearth. In summer, the doors open onto the garden and the room becomes a natural extension of the green outside.

Locanda delle Rose

Fifty square metres with an adjoining kitchen, antique stone floor, hand-crafted wooden tables and soft pink walls. Outside, a wisteria pergola with tables for open-air lunches and dinners, surrounded by roses. It is the room of flavours: tasting dinners, cooking classes, convivial moments around the table.

What’s included

Tables of various sizes, sofa lounge area, use of the Locanda’s kitchen, characteristic lighting, access to the Locanda’s outdoor wisteria pergola.

Rates (single package)

The two halls are always offered together as a single package: they are not rented separately. The rate includes both halls, the kitchen and characteristic lighting.
