And then, on request, a Finnish sauna, a wood-heated jacuzzi outdoors and cooking classes in Locanda delle Rose — small extras, for those who want a little more.

Open mid-May to late September. In the evening LED lights shift through three colours — pick your favourite.

The Finnish sauna

Natural-wood cabin, capacity six. Modern technology, old-school design. Book the night before; it takes two hours to heat.

The organic garden

Blackberries and raspberries in June, strawberries in May, currants in July, grapes in September. Vegetables year-round. Pick what you want — and take home our oil, wine and jams.

The park

An ample park of olives, maritime pines, wisteria and a great walnut tree. Ceramic tables, a hammock, a barbecue area. Far from the noise of the world.

The outdoor event pergola

A new covered structure in the park, in the shade of walnut and oak trees. Terracotta floor, tables laid out for dinners, toasts, open-air conferences. Dry when it rains, cool when the sun is out.
