When you book the entire Borgo Santa Maria, you become the only guest of the ten stone dwellings, the two event halls (always offered as a single package), the pool and the surrounding park. Total privacy for up to 47 resident guests.

What’s included

All ten houses with linens included, the two event halls, pool and park in exclusive use, parking for 20+ cars, Wi-Fi throughout. Final cleaning €500 (mandatory).

On request (extra)

Finnish sauna. Wood-heated outdoor jacuzzi. Heating. Private chef for small dinners and tastings of regional wines and products. Transfers from airports (Rome FCO, Perugia, Florence). E-bike rental. Guided sport activities. For weddings and large receptions the catering is brought by the couple (the Locanda delle Rose kitchen is available).

Rates

From €2,300/night in low season, with 2-night minimum. €2,300 in mid season (Apr-Jun, Sep-Oct), 3-night minimum. €2,500 in high season (Jul-Aug), 3-night minimum.

For weddings and multi-day events, a bespoke package is available — we coordinate set-up, vendors and tastings together with your wedding planner.
